Review the project
Business plan, budget, timeline, projected returns and draft legal documents, in the deal room and walked through with your advisor.
Reserve your place
Sign the Shareholders’ Term Sheet, digitally or in person, and pay your pro-rata share of the €20,000 founding capital. First come, first served.
Complete your investment
When the full capital is committed, we establish the SPV. You transfer the balance within 10 working days.
Follow progress
Monthly status notes, construction photos and an alert at each milestone, in your portal and from your advisor.
Receive your proceeds
Within 30 business days of the final sale, by wire transfer.

Why Athens, and why now
Since 2024 the Greek Golden Visa requires €800,000 in Attica and €400,000 elsewhere. A €250,000 route remains for restored listed buildings and properties converted to residential use. By restoring and converting buildings in central Athens, we create the units that qualify: a product in short supply and high demand.
