OUR STORY
Who we are
Novus Group is a real estate syndication company founded by the team behind GAD Real Estate, a Lebanese developer with more than 15 years of experience and over 18 completed projects. We structure and manage investment projects in fast-growing European markets, starting with Athens, with GBA (Georges Bertrand Architects) as architect on every project.
Our name means “new”. It stands for a fresh way to invest in property: projects chosen with data, designed in-house, and opened to investors one deal at a time, with a modern investor experience and a real team behind it.
